In my opinion the point is not the country, but 1) the competition 2) the coach No sense at all leaving the NCAA to play in the Israeli league.. While makes sense to have one year Euroleague experience (or maybe playing in ACB in any teams) Do not forget BJ has undergone Jasmin Repesa treatment (Avi who?!?!?), unfortunately for BJ, Jasmin didn't end the season in Rome Well ok... 3) living one year in Rome, even if thousands of miles away from US, is certainly easier than fit to Haifa lifestyle...
