Congratulations go out from BallinEurope this morning to Partizan Belgrade, whose dynasty (or, as the NLB official site would have it, “dominancy”) in Adriatic League basketball rolled on last night when the Black-and-Whites won their fifth consecutive championship.
So let’s go right to the official writeup on the game:

And while one YouTube is typically worth a few thousand words, that site too is sadly bereft of stuff on the game. The boxscore implies that sixth man Curtis Jerrells was the hero for Partizan, with a huge 20 points in 29 minutes. For Olimpija, four players scored in double figures – including Samo Udrih off the bench – and Goran Jagodnik contributed a 12-point, seven-rebound effort before fouling out.
While BiE is well-known as a stat monkey, even yours truly admits that the numbers are inadequate here. What’s up with the lack of coverage, NLB folks…?

The judges were terrible… the game was played in Ljubljana (home town of Olimpija) and still the judging was in favor of Partízan. I personally think that Olimpija deserved to win and that the judging team should stop doing what they do…
I still have to give my applause to Partízan’s fans (Grobarji) that were louder than all of us there (even thou I do not think that “stealing the seats” and lighting flares was OK)… and I have to say that Green Dragons (Olimpija’s fans) were terrible!

I disagree with you. It was a wery good game in first half, 3 point shots all over the court , and I think that Partizan surprised Olimpija with very versatile and offense minded game. In second half Ozbolt and Jagodnik tried to produce incidents on the court when they realised that is the only way for their team to win. 3rd quarter was more a bar fight then a basketball match. As a responce to that kind of play, referees were more strict in calling fouls then in first half. Eventualy Olimpija lost because they allowed Partizan offensive rebounds in key moments of 4th quarter.
