Marcus, I am in the army here in Giessen, and I enjoyed watching you play last year. Didn’t know you were such a good writer. I wish you could have stayed in Germany this season!! But next year I hope to see you play again!! I remember last year when you had the 50 evaluation game!!

I don’t think Marcus will be back in Switzerland next year, he will be playing somewhere else, maybe in the D League, maybe another European league and hopefully we get a chance to see you in the NBA Summer League!!!

Maybe I got wrong what Marcus meant… (no need to say, it’s always great that players get to tell their stories, even if we don´t agree with their opinions, but we’re here for discussing, aren’t we?) So, forgive me if I´m wrong, but…

How could the D-League close the gap on Europe? Or
How could Europe close the gap on the NBA?

Which is closer to each other? Marcus wrote “It makes a big difference if you’re averaging 15 and 10 in the D league in front of NBA scouts, or 15 and 10 in Germany or France”. Aren’t we comparing level?

And Dirk M, I could follow your game and just insult you back, but this is not my style. Just get my advice: You could give your opinion on my comment without insulting. Just show a little bit of respect.

Maku, don’t be a jackass!! he nevr said anything about guys stay in the D League you jerk! I don’t see you playing basketball anywhere, you probably were never good enough! And he was making a comparison to playing in Europe vs. playing in the D League!!! I like the blog many good points, keep ur opinion coming, its always gonna be haters!! Good job Sloan!!

Nice to see that you did a good job in ULEB after seeing you last year in Lich… still got a nice pic of you doing your warm up while that little black girl did all the same things u did…
