Euroleague Basketball and Nike recently launched a very cool game that enables his fans to win numerous prizes by designing a pair of sneakers.
I’m not what you can call a sneaker addict. Like those guys you can see in Just for Kicks.

But I thought of giving it a try. Who knows ? Maybe I’m some sort of street Jean-Paul Gauthier. The game leaves you a choice between 9 Euroleague players for whom you could design a shoe. It’s actually very tricky : you have to pick the player most likely to be loved by the highest number of people. Because at the end of the day, “the player with the highest number of designs submitted will [...] select his favourite design!”
Basically you have to guess who’s more popular between Reyes, Raul Lopez, Mumbru, Tiago Splitter, Papaloukas, Zisis, Kalnietis (yeah that Kalnietis who hardly sees the floor with Zalgiris), Ukic and Spanoulis. Among people interested in designing sneakers, I thought Tiago might have more fans than any others.
After all he himself looked like he had the potential of being a sneaker addict. And let’s say I see it as a deal. I design a nice pair of kicks for him and he stops that foul trouble in the 1st quarter bullshit. There’s someone here who tries to win his Fantasy League for God’s sake !
