NBA teams are cutting salary every way they can while euroleague teams have increasing salary budgets every year, already several euroleague teams are amongst the richest in the world. The euroleague market may be attractive to the nba but if the nba is smart than they will focus on why the euroleague is attracting fans in their domestic market.

What about the players ?
Is a guy, with a lot of hype, coming from high-school or from Old State U, ready to come in Europe ?
Less media attention, less endorsement, less TV-seen games (maybe)....
This will also be a big problem : will the Euro-franchise be attractive enough to keep their best players.
