Lottomatica Roma. Lower! The coach has just been ejected, meaning Roma's starting closer to ground zero that nearly any time in the Euroleague. 14. Partizan Belgrade. Higher, by at least one spot. Partizan is one tip-in and one errant pass from a 5-2 record and hung with perhaps the top two teams in the league. Will make the final 16, could make waves. 24. Le Mans. Lower! Wait a minute...
