What about Mehmet Okur for centers. I mean, he is an all-star in NBA. He has a championship with Detroit (although his role was really small), and won silver-medal in Eurobasket 2001. I think Okur should be considerable.

I am surprised that players like Bodiroga and Diamantidis are not mentioned on this list. They are probably players with most titles and, especially Bodiroga, players with longest durability in modern European basketball. They did not had one flash and then they are gone, but they lasted for longer period then, for exemple, Papalukas.
I would also like to mention Calderon, who is probably most underrated player in today Spanish national team.

Bodiroga, no doubt about that... Couple of Euroleague titles with PAO, Barca... I cannot beieve you forgoted him. PArker, Zidrunas, Dirk, Kirilenko havent had any major or whatsoever tole in European basketball - they became famous by playing in the NBA. And thats, my friend, a fact.

@ Tolga: You are absolutely correct on the first point and 99.9% probably correct on the second. Correction made, thanks for the heads up, and that is one fantastic profile picture. Cheers!

first of all Mirsad Turkcan was the first turkish player on nba not Turkoglu. (facts please)

and more importantly, Dimitris Diamantidis must be on this list without a doubt.

I agree...Ilgauskas hasn't really contributed to euro club scene, as well as kirilenko...as far as I remember, kirilenko and nowitzky left for the states relatively unexperienced...where did parker play, asvel?
