		<description>I&#039;m sorry, but I don&#039;t get it.  The Phoenix SUNS are generic?  It&#039;s hot there, my friend, so the name makes sense.  Rapid team movement of NBA teams?  I&#039;ll admit that a few have changed hands and/or relocated in recent years, but you are painting with a wide brush.

Next, it is quite obvious that people are not &quot;embarassed&quot; to buy or wear products with NBA team names on them since almost all NBA products sell extremely well, even when over-priced.

It seems you want the nicknames of NBA teams to be better connected to the location the team is pinned to.  That makes sense to me.  But if you like team names to &quot;go with&quot; their cities/regions, your list of &quot;best&quot; European team names is idiotic.  What do &quot;Playboys&quot; have to do with Finland?  Olympiacos?  Red isn&#039;t even on the Greek flag.  SK Cherkassy Monkeys?  Please.

I am sure you want to trash the NBA.  I have no gripe with that.  This comparison of team names, however?  Worthless.  Team names are as bad in Europe as they are in the United States (if not worse).</description>
