Rudy Fernandez has announced today that he will move to Portland next season. In a press conference this afternoon in Badalona, the 23-year-old shooting guard declared that it was not an easy decision but that he will play for the NBA franchise from this fall.
After a season completed by taking two of a possible three titles, Rudy will join a franchise that has high hopes for next year with the return of Greg Oden to an already very talented squad. The addition of Rudy will give them the necessary firepower from the backcourt and the famous Spanish cojones as a toughness bonus, too. Good luck, Rudy!
