Euroleague.net: What is going on?

November 9, 2007

After the several problems already registered with the official Euroleague Website, shutdowns and very slow loading, now the HP is totally down.

As I just wanted to check something over there, I saw this nice message on the Frontpage:

… We’re sorry.

The page you request is not available.

Please try again soon.

I dont know for how long that will be the case now, but I really hope this is a message because of a server change or something like that as the incapacity to reach the official website of the biggest european basketball competition started to frustrate thousands of fans that want to follow the games of their favorite teams. But also the people that PAID for having the Euroleague.TV programm were going mad because they could not reach the servers to watch the Live streams of the different games. So I hope this will be repaired now with this complete shutdown. We will see what happened in a few moments, if the ULEB dares to publish some information about this yet another problem.

By the way, the ULEB Cup web site is not working either.

It’s all good man .. But, seriously, what is the HP? ..

It must be a very stupid question, but I was trying to figure this out and did not manage .. Maybe I need to smoke some of this fine Friday tobacco to fix my head, but if you ‘re home, tell me – what is this, Hewlett Packard? .. What?

The Euroleague website has these problems for the past three years and they haven’t fixed it. So what makes you think they will fix it now?

    They are incompetent.
