Highlights: Artland Dragons at FC Bayern Munich, BBL quarterfinals game two

May 12, 2012

Just in case you can spare a few moments for German basketball … the folks over at Sport Eagle (they of the motto “German Sports in English”) have recently put together a sweet highlight clip of Tuesday night’s playoff game featuring the Artland Dragons at FC Bayern München.

Reads the Sport Eagle brief, “Artland Dragons defeated FC Bayern Basketball 92-84 in Game 2 of their best-of-five quarterfinals series. David Holston led all scorers with 21 points before his ejection in fourth quarter for elbowing Munich guard Steffen Hamann. The foul and ejection triggered a Bayern comeback but the Dragons held on for the victory to take the series back to Quakenbrück tied at 1-1.

“Game 3 is Saturday, May 12th and the series returns to Munich for Game 4 on Tuesday.”
