NBA Europe LIVE: Virtus Roma – Toronto Raptors

October 7, 2007

After the all NBA game it should be much more interesting in terms of European basketball and one of the reasons why we have this blog. It wil be hard for Virtus to win this game since I think they are not one of the top teams in this years Euroleague competition. It would be good for them if they reach the Top 16.

They made a few roster changes by bringing in Allan Ray, the only American for Virtus and Roko Ukic. Now Allan Ray was supposed to be a good addition for Virtus but in the last domestic league game he only scored 6 points and Virtus lost the game.

With 1 hour and 30 minutes to go until the game starts it was empty infront of the Palalottomatica but for us journalists it was much better this time: We got in right away and I was told that the wireless internet will work later during the game.
