We found this courtesy of Dan ‘Your Man’ Devine. A 1982 game-worn Drazen Petrovic jersey is up for auction and you’re going to need to shell out a lot of dough to get your hands on this piece of history.
The Yugoslav national jersey, which has been authenticated by Velamir Perasovic and Dusan Sucevic, has a reserve price of $25,000.
Naturally, given the important role Drazen Petrovic played in bringing the game in Europe forward, this site hopes the jersey is bought by an appropriate hall of fame or museum. Either way, it is a fascinating piece of history.
