BallinEurope’s Emmet Ryan captured the moment when Caitlin Clark of USA basketball called out a reporter for an inappropiate question about her and Angel Reese.

Caitlin Clark did not take it kindly when a reporter asked her about whether or not she and Angel Reese were friends.

The incident happened during Clark’s mixed zone duties with the media after the USA beat France to win the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup.

Clark subsequently pointed out the reporter she took issue with during Chelsea Gray’s media availability and a representative of USA basketball subsequently spent an extensive amount of time speaking with the reporter afterwards.
