Podcast: Triple sport superstar Louise Galvin shares her story

June 26, 2016

In episode two of BallinEurope’s podcast, The Creatively Titled Basketball Show, Louise Galvin joins Emmet Ryan to talk about her career making it to the top in three sports

Louise Galvin has won everything there is to win in Irish women’s basketball but that’s only the beginning of her story, which she shares with us on episode 2 of The CTBS. With Olympic dreams in Rugby 7s and a past life at the top end of Gaelic Football on her resume, Galvin has packed in a lot despite being just 29 years old. It hasn’t all been sunshine and roses and she opens up to BiE’s Emmet Ryan about the challenges she has faced and how she fought back. In simple terms, you probably haven’t heard of Galvin but you are going to enjoy listening to her.
