Raptors in Treviso

October 2, 2007

I just learned from truehoop that Canadian Michael Grange started a blog were he talks about Italy and the training camp of the Raptors in Treviso. It is always interesting to read why somebody starts a blog. Here goes Michael’ reason:

It’s been a passion for much longer. The goal with this blog is to find ways to make more basketball coverage available for that most determined breed: The Canadian basketball fan.

Somehow the browser for me cut it off after “The goal with this blog is to find ways to make more…” and I was wondering if he would say “more money”. But no, he didn’t.

The second interesting thing especially for us is to see when Americans or Canadians come to Europe. What do they think of Europe? What do they think about the basketball? I think I will write an email to Michael and ask him to meet up in Rome if he also follows the Raptors to Rome where they play the Celtics and home team Lottomatica Roma.
