Uleb cup Final Eight: Final Four

April 12, 2008

Uleb Cup LIVEFinal Four seems to be the word these days, right? NCAA, women Euroelague, Ulebcup, Euroelague men – did I forget anything? Anyway the Uleb cup “thing” isn’t called final four but Final eight, but somehow today we have four teams that are trying to reach the final: Galatasaray, Joventut, Dynamo Moscow (Moscow, a word you hear in combination with Final Four all the time: Spartak (women), Dynamo (ULEB), CSKA (men) .. any NCAA suggestions?) and Girona.

Another nice thing – just as the women’s final four in Brno, you can watch a legal live stream from Eurosport and follow both final eight semifinals LIVE.

Joventut will play against Galatasaray at 18.30 while Moscow and Girona meet at 21.00 today in Torino, Italy. Looks like we will get our desired final of Joventut and Dynamo? We will see.

After seeing the yet again and what seems to be now a traditional ‘flopping, sneaky, yelling, crying’ Spanish team, Badalona, beat Galatasaray in a close game to reach the finals, I hope Moscow, after reaching the finals; kick the shit outta those punks..

Entering the 4thQ, it will probably be Girona who reach the finals, after making the biggest upset of the year and beating Dynamo, 10 mins to go..
