Basket geek Mark Deeks needs your help for charity

February 26, 2015

Mark Deeks, arguably the geekiest man in basketball (and I say this as someone who has met Simon Jatsch), is doing something pretty nuts for Red Nose Day.

Starting at 9pm UK time on Friday night, Deeks and two other guys will try to score 100,027 points in a game of darts over the course of 27 hours. This is exactly the kind of stupid we can get on board with.

It’s a great cause and we encourage everyone who follows BiE to lend your support by going here and sponsoring Mark’s Darts Until it Hurts event.
