For FYR Macedonia, it’s Massey over Washington

FYR Macedonia’s roster for Eurobasket 2009 is finally in, according to Talk Basket, among others. In a battle of naturalized players, the final spot on the roster was awarded to Jeremiah Massey over Darius Washington.

The final squad for FYR Macedonia will consist of Pero Antik (Lokomotiv Rostov); Pero Blazevski (KK Helios Domzale); Aleksandar Dimitrovski; Todor Gecevski (KK Zadar); Jeremiah Massey (last season with Real Madrid); Dimitar Mirakovski (PBC Sofia); Predrag Samadziski (KK FMP); Riste Stefanov (AEK Athens); Vrbica Stefanov (Menorca); Damjan Stojanovski, Vojdan Stojanovski (KK Amak); and Dime Tasovski (Strumica).
