Everybody somehow knows this name. Americans have heard of him because of his two season with the L.A. Clippers.. ok – maybe not he only averaged seven minutes in his NBA career. Europeans and especially Spanish people know James from his slam dunk contest heroics.
Now I don’t know if it means you will get injured if you are/have been with the Clippers (thinking about Shaun Livingston – careful just click if you really want to see how bad you can mess up your knee – and Elton Brand) but as Julien told us, he tore almost every ligament he has in his knee just the day after the slam dunk contest.
Today I read the news on Tau Ceramica’s official web site that they signed James Singleton already for the next season.
Either they really believe in their doctors or they live this motto: “Hey, we wanted that player before and we pay him now for nothing, so let’s see what he can do next season!”. I don’t know, but don’t you think it might be “saver” to wait at least until the end of the season to resign him? Or maybe James wanted to play that bad that he plays for free – YEAH RIGHT …
