LIVE from practice of the Celtics and Raptors in Rome

October 5, 2007

10:00am Rome, Lottomattica: Well first of all it I have to complain. If you think traffic on the NJ turnpike or in Philly is bad try to get around in Rome at about 7am-9am. That’s traffic!

But back to basketball. I got to the Celtics practice 5 minutes before it was about to close. At least I wasn’t the only one. The guy from Raptors TV got stuck also. So we directly went to the Toronto Raptors practice which took me only 5 minutes. I guess traffic is over at 10..

So there is not much to write about the Celtics practice since they were warming up with there bands and stuff. But I noticed one thing: Remember Henry Abbott told us that Kevin Garnett walks like he has no knees? He also warm up like he has no knees! Overall I also liked Scott Pollard’s goat beard.

Right now we are waiting in the media room which is huge (like at the NBA Finals in Cleveland) and got fast internet.
