Monday's cigarettes

March 31, 2008

Here are the words from the street and the smoke from the café’s that will keep you informed about the upcoming decisive week in European basketball.

  • Bozidar Maljkovic claims that at the moment Partizan plays the best basketball in Europe
  • Our friend and Live Blogger David Hein reported that Ricky Rubio will not play with the Spanish youth teams this summer but will go for the Training camp for the Olympic squad.
  • Chicago Bulls fans may remeber Dalibor Bagaric (or not). At least he shows some passing skills in the Italian Lega
  • Very strange things happen with Marc Jackson. After his release by Olympiacos, he got now a FYROM passport (asked for already while being with the team) and Dynamo Moscow Region, Barcelona and Roma are interested
  • Marco Belinelli could return to Italy reports a Lithuanian website
  • After two years in Wichita State, Gal Mekel signed a 3.5yr deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv
