Last season Niels Giffey was a lethal weapon from deep in the NCAA Tournament as UConn rode the German’s three-pointers to a national championship. Giffey had that March Madness magic pumping through his veins late on for Alba Berlin on the road to Gottingen as he went big from deep repeatedly to pull out a big road win. Alba sit second in the Bundesliga table at 21-5.
