Everyone thinks that spain is going to beat Lithuania. But i dont think so. Spain has not been playing great lately but lithuania has , lithuania beat chine no problem by 30 points. but spain needed overtime to beat them. and plus, Spain only beat greece by 2 to move on. so lets go Lithuania!!

Well, Spain hasn’t won any medal for 24 years. Spain got no chance.

“No chance” is a big statement. I don´t particulary think we are going to beat Lithuania. It will be a difficult game and Spain needs to play at their highest level. I respect Lithuania so much and admire the fans and the players. Always have felt a lot of sympathy for lithuanian hoops.

That said, i think many holligans are posting their wishful thinking here…

Go get a life. Spain didn´t beat Greece by 2, are you kidding me? It was like, 8 days ago and you have forgotten history?

I totally agree with Alex Pertonis. Lithuania is strong now and should beat Spain. Cause Lithuania 5th time alternately goes to semi-final while Spain’s basketball team last time in semi-final was just 24 years ago. So good luck Lithania!

So man trolls here it´s amazing. They don´t even recognize that a win is a win.

Anyway, thanks to Lithania for the good game. I really admire them.

But I am Spanish, so I am happy for Spain.

Lithuanian players showing more class than the fans:

“We played well but we lost because we made small mistakes,” Jasaitis said.

“We allowed them to have second shots. In the last quarter, they went into a zone and I struggled to make my shots.”

“But this is basketball – sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.”

Jesus fucking christ, how gay was the referee? Kleiza was falling when he accidentally touched someone’s arm and that was a foul??? Really it was kind of obvious that the referee was very biased.

Like always! referees blocks our way to finals… Congratulations to bigger country (that thing did a job) …!!! Hooray! Politics in sport thats how it should be right?

For me Lithuanian team is still the best. Too bad referees choses bigger, more powerful countrys to win. Wish them to screw up.

USA won becouse of referees, and obviously USA hasn´t beated Spain. What sucks is you and the others blocks ignorant and arrogant, arrogant with no reason, becouse USA was inferior in the final. Too many money in play to allow Spain to win…Everyone says, except you.
