Pau Gasol – "I am a Laker!"

February 2, 2008

Kind of surprising isn’t it? Pau Gasol joined the Los Angeles Lakers last night. I mean it was not so surprising that he would leave Memphis, but to go to the Lakers? That is a move I haven’t read anywhere or even thought about.

Gasol joins the Lakers – and Kobe Bryant – for another Gasol – Marc Gasol. Marc Gasol’s draft rights will go to Memphis as well as forward Kwame Brown, guard Javaris Crittenton and Aaron McKie.

Eye for an eye – Gasol for Gasol.
