VIDEO: Interview with 3×3 superstar Angel Santana

October 9, 2014

BiE’s Andrei Britz caught up with Romania’s Angel Santana who recently won the European 3×3 title. In an extensive piece Santana opens up about the explosion of 3×3 ball, his own background playing against Paul Pierce in high school, playing college hoops in the USA, and how at age 37 he is still excited to hit the court.

It’s a fascinating interview with one of the top players in his form of the sport and it’s worth watching in full. With the World Tour Finals taking place in Tokyo this weekend, Santana and his colleagues on the Bucharest team will have high hopes of going all the way.
