Ok fearless preditcion……
This site is going from bad to worst.
I am certain that under this unspeakable prediction we will see comments about racist NBA vs racist ”euros” (”euros” is my favorite!I am a “euro” meaning i am the same as a Greek with someone from Denmark)
To my American friends learn this: there is no “euros” there are so many different countries in europe respect that and respect the basketball been played in europe.Yes there are players in europe that could play in NBA and be protagonists but yet they preffer to stay in europe not everybody wants to play in the NBA.
To apollo or DImitri or what ever your nick is.: You are embarassing the hole Greek basketball by doing what you are doing. So stop it and start thinking clearly NBA is a much better championship in overall comparisson.
This article here did it for me!
This is my last post.
I can see that the site`s quality is representative of it`s fans comments.
Bye!

Just saw this……..

yes, “Euros” is a derogatory statement that the black NBA only fans from the USA use to refer to all the “slow white guys that are stiffs and can’t jump”.

Greece 79-80 Nigeria
Nigeria stunned Greece 79-80 behind Ike Diogu and Al-Farouq Aminu to march into the next stage and send the favored Greeks home. The thrilling game went down to the wire and Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four MVP Vassilis Spanoulis had a chance to win it at the buzzer, but Derick Obasohan blocked his shot on a controversial play, no foul was called and Nigeria celebrated.

And here is the video documentation of several calls that the refs blew on purpose at the end of the game – some of them ridiculous, as they obviously wanted to eliminate Greece for whatever reason.

I am an NBA fan of the Lakers, and I am from LA.

I have to say that there is nothing worse than a fan that comes to bash on others and taunt them when their team was robbed by refs in a game that they would have won if not for the refs stealing it from them.

I have read this site for years and never posted before. But this was too much.

To all the world that reads this site, these a-hole jerks that are from the USA like Gabe and his buddies do NOT represent all of us.

These guys took it to a new low that is creepy even. I apologize and I really hope that Europeans do not think all Americans are this big of scum bags as they are.

Actually, I think I am going to email this site’s owner and have a talk with him about this.
