Draws for Baku European 3×3 made

The draws for the 3×3 basketball competitions at the European Games in Baku have been made. Both competitions will see 16 nations taking part.

First up here’s the draw for the men’s competition

Belgium

Azerbaijan
Switzerland

And here’s the draw for the women’s competition

Lithuania

We’ve also got word from the Irish women’s camp. The team, which features Irish sportswoman of the year Grainne Dwyer, faces a testing draw against Spain, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

“The draw is a testing one, but that’s why we wanted to go to the games – to play the best. We have great confidence in this squad to do well,” said Basketball Ireland general secretary Bernard O’Byrne.
