Iverson questionable for tonight’s Eurocup game

December 14, 2010

After taking no chances with his marquee player and benching him for the weekend game against Antalya, Beşiktaş Cola Turka coach Burak Biyiktay may have to send his Eagles out against KK Hemofarm Stada tonight without Allen Iverson.

A.I. sat out the TBL game with an unspecified knee injury, watching Beşiktas in street clothes. Today, Turkish media is reporting that Iverson’s woes may be “more serious than expected” and that Mr. Answer could be out for 10 days.

Naturally, BiE’ll post when more information is available…

    Besiktas is just about eliminated from the tournament not. They already would have been if not for the game against Goettingen being ordered to be replayed.
