ULEB Cup LIVE: 2 games tonight

December 18, 2007

We spoke already about the difficulties of getting legal live online streams for free. And we also mentionned already that Eurosport is bringing on a regular basis live streams of ULEB Cup games. So I just wanted to remember you that today is the last day of ULEB Cup action in 2007.

Tonight we first going to have KK Hemofarm Vrsac versus Akasvayu Girona. The Serbian team is know for featuring always some kind of interesting young players. You should of course take a look at Stefan Markovic and Vladan Vukosaljevic. On the other hand, you have the Catalonian powerhouse of Akasvayu Girona that is led by Marc Gasol and a surprising Fernando San Emeterio.

The second game of the night will be more interesting for our French and Italian readers as it will be the former Euroleague classic between Benetton Treviso and Elan Béarnais Pau-Orthez. Both teams already had quite a few changes in their rosters as well as on the coaching side. For Benetton, you should watch Pops Mensah-Bonsu who is dominating the paint and with a backcourt of Lionel Chalmers and Reece Gaines, you can be prepared for some shooting. For the French, the ULEB Cup has become more and more a necessary must as they have to fight internal problems and poor showing in their local league. However, you can follow youngsters like Ludo Vaty or Fernando Raposo gain some minutes besides the Rookie Antywane Robinson or Shaun Fein.

For both of the games in English, just follow this link. Game times are 18h00 CET and 20h30 CET.
