Steve Kerr is a coaching legend with the Golden State Warriors while Carlik Jones has guided South Sudan to the Olympics. Both of them spoke to Emmet Ryan at the 2023 FIBA World Cup about how FIBA Basketball compares to the NBA

Kerr says the 2023 FIBA World Cup has made him a better coach

Steve Kerr has won 9 NBA championships, 5 as a player and 4 as a coach. For all this success he told us that coaching Team USA at the 2023 FIBA World Cup has made him a better basketball coach. Check out what the Golden State Warriors and USA coach had to say in this video.

It’s tougher to score in FIBA basketball than the NBA

Those aren’t our words, it’s what Carlik Jones said. He spoke to Emmet Ryan after South Sudan beat the Philippines at the 2023 FIBA World Cup. Jones, who most recently played in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, was in a good mood and had strong opinions to share. The biggest was that he said it is easier to score in the NBA than in FIBA basketball.
