The Lithuanian team of Lietuvos Rytas not only won the competition but also was the number one in terms of attendance. The second place went to the Germans of Brose Baskets Bamberg while last year’s spectator leader CEZ Nymburk finished third. One of the biggest raisers in terms of average attendance is the Serbian Crvena Zvezda who moved up from 2400 to more than 4400 spectators on average.

In general, the average attendance in the EuroCup increased by 14.7% versus last year’s edition of the ULEB Cup. However, the general attendance went down but the total number of games has been reduced dramatically with the number of team included in the competition going down from 54 to 32.
